9 Things We Thought You Should Know

1. We love this stuff.
We really do. We got hooked on email marketing back in 1999 and never looked back. It's powerful when done right and we love to see our customers do great email marketing and are jazzed to give you the best email marketing software solution to get it done.
2. We're good people.
We're just like you. We show up everyday and work hard. We care about our customers, our friends and our families. We believe that if we make your life better in this one area (email marketing), then you can focus on other things that matter.
3. We love getting the product just right.
We promise to never go through long develoment cycles, hyping up the next release of our email marketing software. Instead, we talk to our customers, find out their craving and implement what makes sense - always. With this approach, it's like the random gift during the year as opposed to waiting an entire year until your birthday.
4. We don't just sign up any customer.
At the risk of sounding snobby, this is very important to our current customers and business as a whole. It means that our customers are responsible, permission-based mailers who have the desire to do proper email marketing. They want to work with a great group of people who get email and by being selective, we ensure all of our customers have great deliverability, sending reputations, and ultimately more success reaching the inbox.
5. We're large enough to deliver and small enough to care.
There's something cool about being a medium-sized Email Service Provider. We have the resources to deliver, yet we never loose fact that each customer counts. Some of our competitors are about signing up as many customers as possible, putting them on a shared IP and railing their credit cards each month. We like to think we pay close attention to each customer that desires to succeed as an email marketer.
6. We're relentless in helping our customers reach a high rate of inbox delivery.
We're relationship people and we work hard on our reputation. Not only with our customers, but with ISP's and corporations our customers are delivering to. The more we do this, the more they like us and help us get our customers good emails into the inbox. It's a thankless job IT folks have trying to combat the bad spammers. We realize they're doing their best and we desire to work closely together so everyone wins.
7. We love politics, sports, music and a good game of poker.
Being a fly on our wall would be pretty amusing. (Actually we had this idea about a year ago to create a new reality show based on day-to-day complete with a confessional) Instant message debates over the merits of being a liberal versus a conservative, regular hockey games on Tuesday nights, the constant download and sharing of music and of course the conference table poker games are weaved in and out of our day. What can we say, we like to have some fun.
8. We're owned by a very cool interactive company.
There is this really cool interactive company that started it all, a web design and development company based in New Hampshire. Check them out if you have any web or software development needs.
9. We're not constant contact.
I know, cheap shot. It's not that we have anything against them, but we don't like being compared to them. We prefer to work with our customers directly, offer personalized support and ensure they become successful email marketers.
