Standard Support

SendLabs offers every customer using our software the following support:

  • Help Center - This includes access to our ever growing knowledgebase of tips, how-to's and best practices.
  • Blog - Looking for some more best practices and real-world examples? Head over to and bookmark our blog.
  • Video Help - Check out our growing library of video-based help.
  • Email Support - If you still have a question needing answering, SendLabs provides email support.
Gold Support

Our next level of support includes everything in our Standard Support with the addition of:

  • Training/Setup - SendLabs provides Gold Support customers with 1 hr of personalized account setup, training and best practices overview.
  • Phone Support - Phone support is available for Gold Support customers during normal business hours (M-F 9-5 pm EST)
Platinum Support

For customers who desire immediate support 24/7. Platinum Support includes Standard & Gold.

  • Dedicated Account Manager - Have direct access to a dedicated SendLabs team member 24/7 for support requests and consulting during normal business hours. (M-F 9-5 pm EST)
