Email Marketing: Our Lab Is Constantly Creating

Even though it's summer, we've been in the lab constantly working, tinkering and tightening and mixing using our Periodic Table of Email Elements. We're always open for suggestions on improvements, so drop us a line at thecrew@sendlabs.com for your thoughts on what we've done and what we haven't done yet.

And away we go...

1) Survey Builder - We are currently doing final testing to our new survey module! Email can be used for more than announcements and newsletters. How about surveying your customers? With the new Survey Builder, you can easily run through a wizard and create a hosted survey in no time. Then, create your survey email invitation, drop in a link to your new survey and view survey reports in real-time.

2) Inbox Inspection Tool - Eventually, we'll name this something else, but how would you like to preview your emails across major ISP inboxes before it goes out to spot rendering problems? Or how about a report identifying any HTML issues and or potential spam filter issues with your email? It's coming.

3) Live Help - OK, so every software company in the world seems to provide an online, searchable knowledgebase. You're now starting to even see video tutorials everywhere (ours are coming too). But how about having an assistant available to you instantly inside the application? Have a question? Click the live help and someone in our support group will point you to the answer!

4) SendLabs University - In addition to live help as mentioned above, we're currently rolling out a new destination to consolidate everything you need to become an email marketing expert. Content will be focused on how-to's, video tutorials, webinars, live help and contextual best practices.

All this and more is coming soon. Who says the summers have to be lazy? By the way... if you're not a client yet, click here to get your email marketing free trial started today.
