Email Marketing: Welcome Manchester Monarchs

Manchester, NH – SendLabs, an email marketing software and solutions company (www.sendlabs.com), announced that it has signed a new partnership with the Manchester (NH) Monarchs to create and deliver more effective email marketing campaigns for the team.

"Email is an extremely important component of any company’s overall marketing operations,” SendLabs President Brett Houle said. “But for a sports team, effective communication with their fans is a must, especially with so many moving parts and targets."

SendLabs will build four new email templates for the team, in addition to becoming the primary delivery tool for all of the Monarchs email marketing deployments. Houle said the Monarchs, of the American Hockey League, will experience higher-delivery rates, a better marketing ROI, and benefit from the support that a true email marketing agency like SendLabs can offer.

“Being able to connect with our fans on a regular basis through email is a must,” Monarchs Director of Ticket Sales Jason Bergeron said. “Having a professional company like SendLabs supporting us will be a huge advantage.”

Essentially, the Monarchs were using a much worse solution, something built by a database company that just didn't have the email marketing chops. Through our partnership with Pro Sports Media, we got to talking with the team and were able to come to terms rather quickly. They have a big fanbase, which they're looking to always interact and stay engaged with. Email is such an effective method for doing this that it made sense. They're already starting to see results with deliverability rates and click-throughs, already realizing that their decision to ditch an inferior product is going to pay off.
